- uml-ubd-driver-document-some-struct-fields.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml ubd driver: document some struct fields
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-ubd-driver-document-some-struct-fields.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add documentation about some fields in struct ubd, whose meaning is
non-obvious due to struct names (should change names altogether, I agree).
