[merged] kcov-move-t-kcov_sequence-assignment.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kcov: move t->kcov_sequence assignment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kcov-move-t-kcov_sequence-assignment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

consistency.
