The patch titled
     Subject: s390: use __vmalloc_node in stack_alloc
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     s390-use-__vmalloc_node-in-stack_alloc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
