The patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove the pgprot argument to __vmalloc
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-the-pgprot-argument-to-__vmalloc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
