[merged] writeback-remove-unused-variable.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page-writeback.c: remove unused variable
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-remove-unused-variable.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Commit 64081362e8ff ("mm/page-writeback.c: fix range_cyclic writeback
vs writepages deadlock") left unused variable, remove it.
