- cryptocop-double-spin_lock_irqsave.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     cryptocop: double spin_lock_irqsave()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cryptocop-double-spin_lock_irqsave.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
