The patch titled
     Subject: i915/gvt: remove unused xen bits
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     i915-gvt-remove-unused-xen-bits.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

No Xen support anywhere here.  Remove a dead declaration and an unused
