The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: make pcpu_drain_mutex and pcpu_drain static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-make-pcpu_drain_mutex-and-pcpu_drain-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
