[merged] elf-delete-loc-variable.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/binfmt_elf.c: delete "loc" variable
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     elf-delete-loc-variable.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: fs/binfmt_elf.c: delete "loc" variable

"loc" variable became just a wrapper for PT_INTERP ELF header after main
ELF header was moved to "bprm->buf".  Delete it.
