[merged] seq_file-remove-m-version.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: seq_file: remove m->version
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     seq_file-remove-m-version.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: seq_file: remove m->version

The process maps file was the only user of version (introduced back in
2005).  Now that it uses ppos instead, we can remove it.
