The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: wp: add UFFDIO_COPY_MODE_WP
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-wp-add-uffdio_copy_mode_wp.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
