The patch titled
     Subject: mm: fork: fix kernel_stack memcg stats for various stack implementations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-fork-fix-kernel_stack-memcg-stats-for-various-stack-implementations-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-fork-fix-kernel_stack-memcg-stats-for-various-stack-implementations.patch
