The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-fix-null-pointer-dereference-in-__mem_cgroup_usage_unregister_event-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-fix-null-pointer-dereference-in-__mem_cgroup_usage_unregister_event.patch
