[merged] ipc-mqueuec-remove-duplicated-code.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ipc/mqueue.c: remove duplicated code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ipc-mqueuec-remove-duplicated-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
