The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/io-mapping.h-mapping: use PHYS_PFN() macro in io_mapping_map_atomic_wc()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     io-mapping-use-phys_pfn-macro-in-io_mapping_map_atomic_wc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
