[merged] fs-direct-ioc-include-fs-internalh-for-missing-prototype.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/direct-io.c: include fs/internal.h for missing prototype
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-direct-ioc-include-fs-internalh-for-missing-prototype.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
