The patch titled
     Subject: kernel-hacking: create submenu for arch special debugging options
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hacking-create-submenu-for-arch-special-debugging-options.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
