The patch titled
     Subject: lib/bitmap: introduce bitmap_replace() helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     bitmap-introduce-bitmap_replace-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: lib/bitmap: introduce bitmap_replace() helper

In some drivers we want to have a single operation over bitmap which is an
equivalent to:

	*dst = (*old & ~(*mask)) | (*new & *mask)

Introduce bitmap_replace() helper for this.
