[merged] lib-test_bitmap-move-exp1-and-exp2-upper-for-others-to-use.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib/test_bitmap: move exp1 and exp2 upper for others to use
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-test_bitmap-move-exp1-and-exp2-upper-for-others-to-use.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: lib/test_bitmap: move exp1 and exp2 upper for others to use

Some test cases may re-use predefined exp1 and exp2 bitmaps.  Move them
upper in the file.
