The patch titled
     Subject: gpio: ws16c48: utilize for_each_set_clump8 macro
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     gpio-ws16c48-utilize-for_each_set_clump8-macro.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Replace verbose implementation in get_multiple/set_multiple callbacks with
for_each_set_clump8 macro to simplify code and improve clarity.
