[merged] proc-fix-confusing-macro-arg-name.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/proc_fs.h: fix confusing macro arg name
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-fix-confusing-macro-arg-name.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
