[merged] proc-delete-useless-len-variable.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/proc/generic.c: delete useless "len" variable
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-delete-useless-len-variable.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: fs/proc/generic.c: delete useless "len" variable

Pointer to next '/' encodes length of path element and next start position.
Subtraction and increment are redundant.
