[merged] madvise-use-page_align-for-range-checking.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/madvise.c: use PAGE_ALIGN[ED] for range checking
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     madvise-use-page_align-for-range-checking.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
