The patch titled
     Subject: mm/cma.c: switch to bitmap_zalloc() for cma bitmap allocation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-cmac-switch-to-bitmap_zalloc-for-cma-bitmap-allocation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

kzalloc() is used for cma bitmap allocation in cma_activate_area(),
switch to bitmap_zalloc() for clarity.
