- config_pm=n-slim-drivers-pcmcia.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     CONFIG_PM=n slim: drivers/pcmcia/*
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     config_pm=n-slim-drivers-pcmcia.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
