[merged] zswap-add-myself-to-the-maintainers-list.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: zswap: add Vitaly to the maintainers list
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     zswap-add-myself-to-the-maintainers-list.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
