+ kernel-notifierc-remove-notifier_chain_cond_register.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/notifier.c: remove notifier_chain_cond_register()
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     kernel-notifierc-remove-notifier_chain_cond_register.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/kernel-notifierc-remove-notifier_chain_cond_register.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/kernel-notifierc-remove-notifier_chain_cond_register.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Subject: kernel/notifier.c: remove notifier_chain_cond_register()

The only difference between notifier_chain_cond_register() and
notifier_chain_register() is the lack of warning hints for duplicate
registrations.  Use notifier_chain_register() instead of
notifier_chain_cond_register() to avoid duplicate code
