[merged] arch-sparc-include-asm-pgtable_64h-fix-build.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: arch/sparc/include/asm/pgtable_64.h: fix build
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-sparc-include-asm-pgtable_64h-fix-build.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

A last-minute fixlet which I'd failed to merge at the appropriate time had
the predictable effect.
