The patch titled
     Subject: bug: consolidate warn_slowpath_fmt() usage
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     bug-consolidate-warn_slowpath_fmt-usage.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: bug: consolidate warn_slowpath_fmt() usage

Instead of having a separate helper for no printk output, just consolidate
the logic into warn_slowpath_fmt().
