[merged] filemap-update-offset-check-in-filemap_fault.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: filemap: update offset check in filemap_fault()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     filemap-update-offset-check-in-filemap_fault.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

With THP, current check of offset:

    VM_BUG_ON_PAGE(page->index != offset, page);

is no longer accurate. Update it to:

    VM_BUG_ON_PAGE(page_to_pgoff(page) != offset, page);
