[merged] mm-rmapc-remove-set-but-not-used-variable-cstart.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/rmap.c: remove set but not used variable 'cstart'
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-rmapc-remove-set-but-not-used-variable-cstart.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

It is not used any more since
commit cdb07bdea28e ("mm/rmap.c: remove redundant variable cend")
