The patch titled
     ioremap balanced with iounmap for drivers/scsi/ncr53c8xx.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ioremap-balanced-with-iounmap-drivers-scsi-ncr53c8xxc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
