The patch titled
     Subject: memcg-kmem-deprecate-kmemlimit_in_bytes-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-kmem-deprecate-kmemlimit_in_bytes-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-kmem-deprecate-kmemlimit_in_bytes.patch
