The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-acpi-scanc-document-why-we-dont-need-the-device_hotplug_lock-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into drivers-acpi-scanc-document-why-we-dont-need-the-device_hotplug_lock.patch
