The patch titled
Subject: linux/coff.h: add include guard
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
linux-coffh-add-include-guard.patch
This patch should soon appear at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/linux-coffh-add-include-guard.patch
and later at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/linux-coffh-add-include-guard.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated

Add a header include guard just in case.
My motivation is to allow Kbuild to detect missing include guard:
