The patch titled
     Subject: mm, madvise: factor out common parts between MADV_COLD and MADV_PAGEOUT
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-factor-out-common-parts-between-madv_cold-and-madv_pageout.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures

There are many common parts between MADV_COLD and MADV_PAGEOUT.  This
patch factor them out to save code duplication.
