The patch titled
Subject: uapi linux/coda_psdev.h: move upc_req definition from uapi to kernel side headers
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
uapi-linux-coda_psdevh-move-upc_req-definition-from-uapi-to-kernel-side-headers.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

already include linux/coda_psdev.h.
