[merged] elf-delete-stale-comment.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/binfmt_elf.c: delete stale comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     elf-delete-stale-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

"passed_fileno" variable was deleted 11 years ago in 2.6.25.
