[merged] mm-provide-a-print_vma_addr-stub-for-config_mmu.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: provide a print_vma_addr stub for !CONFIG_MMU
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-provide-a-print_vma_addr-stub-for-config_mmu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
