The patch titled
NFS: remove unused check in nfs4_open_revalidate
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
nfs-remove-unused-check-in-nfs4_open_revalidate.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
