The patch titled
     Subject: mm: simplify gup_fast_permitted
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-simplify-gup_fast_permitted.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: simplify gup_fast_permitted

Pass in the already calculated end value instead of recomputing it, and
leave the end > start check in the callers instead of duplicating them in
the arch code.
