[merged] swap-ifdef-struct-vm_area_struct-swap_readahead_info.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mm_types.h: ifdef struct vm_area_struct::swap_readahead_info
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     swap-ifdef-struct-vm_area_struct-swap_readahead_info.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
