[merged] mm-fix-recent_rotated-history.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmscan.c: fix recent_rotated history
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-fix-recent_rotated-history.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/vmscan.c: fix recent_rotated history

Johannes pointed that after 886cf1901db9 we lost all
zone_reclaim_stat::recent_rotated history.  This commit fixes that.
