The patch titled
     Subject: mm: kill is_dev_zone() helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-kill-is_dev_zone-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Subject: mm: kill is_dev_zone() helper

Given there are no more usages of is_dev_zone() outside of 'ifdef
CONFIG_ZONE_DEVICE' protection, kill off the compilation helper.
