[merged] kernel-fork-make-max_threads-symbol-static.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/fork.c: make max_threads symbol static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-fork-make-max_threads-symbol-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
