The patch titled
     Subject: mm-memory_hotplug-release-memory-resource-after-arch_remove_memory-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-memory_hotplug-release-memory-resource-after-arch_remove_memory-fix.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-memory_hotplug-release-memory-resource-after-arch_remove_memory-fix.patch
and later at

pr_warn with "%pa" expects a pointer to phys_addr_t or resource_size_t. 
So let's propery use resource_size_t for the start address and size, we
are dealing with resources after all.
