Subject: mm: add /sys/kernel/slab/cache/cache_dma32

A previous patch in this series adds support for SLAB_CACHE_DMA32 kmem
caches. This adds the corresponding /sys/kernel/slab/cache/cache_dma32
entries, and fixes slabinfo tool.
