has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Subject: mm/hmm: add a helper function that faults pages and maps them to a device

This is an all-in-one helper that faults pages in a range and maps them to
a device so that every single device driver do not have to reimplement
this common pattern.
