[merged] kernel-hung_taskc-fix-sparse-warnings.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/hung_task.c - fix sparse warnings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-hung_taskc-fix-sparse-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add the appropriate header file to provide declarations.
