[merged] proc-slightly-faster-proc-limits.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/proc/base.c: slightly faster /proc/*/limits
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-slightly-faster-proc-limits.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: fs/proc/base.c: slightly faster /proc/*/limits

Header of /proc/*/limits is a fixed string, so print it directly without
formatting specifiers.
